The Australian rider will do his best to recover from the right arm injury sustained last weekend, while training on his push bike, in order to join the Italian squad already from the fifth round of the season, scheduled for May 25th at Donington Park.

Despite the recent setback, the former STK1000 race winner is looking forward to the new challenge ahead: "I'm really happy to join Team Grillini and to return to the Superbike World Championship" said Staring. "It's a pity I injured my right arm, but I will do my best to be ready for Donington."
